STOLE LAL DERA

Jodhpur’s famous Lal Dera (Red Tent) has been the centrepiece of two major international exhibitions, at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art (1985) and Peacock in the Desert at the Houston Museum of Fine Arts (2018).  The magnificent silk velvet, brocade and gold canopy and walls have inspired the design of this fine cotton stole. Size 20” x 66”.
