Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any order that you have placed through this website. In case a product arrives in damaged condition, or an order is incorrectly filled, please notify us by e-mail (info@mehrangarhmuseumshop.com) and then follow directions below.

Conditions for Return

  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact us within 48 hours if the product or packaging is damaged or if you have received any item not ordered.
  • Contact your local FedEx office and arrange for the package to be collected and returned to us. In most cases, FedEx will bill us directly for the return shipping. In case your local FedEx office requires prior payment, please make the payment, advise us accordingly, and we will reimburse you for the charge.
  • Products/Items should be UNUSED & Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount within one month.

Refunds

  • We will process a refund for goods received in damaged/defective condition after they are returned to us. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order:
  • Refunds will be processed so as to reach the customer (if by cheque) or a credit to the credit card account within one month from the date of receipt of returned product.
  • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
  • For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order and the cheque to be delivered to your billing address.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation requests cannot be entertained if payment has been processed and the order shipped.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to us via email (info@mehrangarhmuseumshop.com) within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, please bring it to our notice via email within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will look into your complaint immediately and authorize appropriate action.
